<p>Somnee is designed to deliver its best benefits in a single 15-minute session before bed every night. So you never have to worry about wearing it at the same time as your CPAP machine.</p><p>Once your 15-minute session ends, remove the Somnee headband and place it on the charger. Then you can put on your CPAP machine for a deeply restorative night&apos;s rest.</p>

If the CPAP is not obstructing the forehead area, you can use your Somnee headband along with it; if it interferes, then you may want to use the Somnee, and then remove it before you put on your CPAP device before going to sleep.
