Stim ReportsUpdated 8 months ago
Your "stim report" (also called your "session report") refers to the report you'll receive within a few hours of successfully completing your 15-minute Somnee stim session.
These reports are based on pre- and post-session analysis of your brainwave activity. Somnee then analyzes that data to assess how prepared your brain is to enjoy high-quality sleep that night.
It includes predictive scores of:
- Sleep onset (how prepared your brain is to fall asleep quickly)
- Sleep maintenance (how prepared your brain is to sleep without interruptions)
- Sleep depth (how prepared your brain is for deep, restorative sleep)
Stim reports typically become available within a few hours of your session. We advise checking back in the morning to review your report.
*Stim reports may be listed as unavailable if sensors were not making full contact with your forehead throughout the session or if there was a hair or particle between the sensors and your skin.
*You do not need to wear your Somnee Headband all night to receive a stim report.
