Each Somnee Smart Sleep Bundle and Somnee headband comes with a 45-Day Guarantee so if it doesn't work for you for any reason, return it for full refund and we&apos;ll even pay for return shipping! No risk on your end if you don&apos;t see your sleep improve.</p><p>A Somnee Membership (whether purchased or gifted as part of a bundle) is eligible for a refund if the request is made in conjunction with a refund request for the Somnee headband it activated. Both the headband and membership must be within the 45 day guarantee window to receive a refund.</p><p>The 45-Day Guarantee starts on the day your Somnee Headband leaves the warehouse.</p><p>If you&apos;d like to return your Somnee during your 45-day free trial, please contact <a data-fr-linked="true" href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a>.</p><p>*Somnee devices are currently available for shipment exclusively to residents of the United States. Attempts to circumvent this policy, including shipping the product outside the United States through a 3rd party, will render the device ineligible for return and void the 45-Day Guarantee.</p>
