How can I correct issues with the Somnee sleep report dates or missing sleep data?Updated 8 months ago

If your Somnee sleep report dates are incorrect or you notice missing sleep data, it could be due to inadequate skin contact with the measurement sensors on the headband. Ensure that the headband is worn snugly, yet comfortably to obtain accurate readings.
