If you're missing sleep report data, you can manually sync your headband data by opening the app, clicking on the headband icon in the upper left corner, and manually clicking "sync data.' If sensors maintained consistent, clean contact overnight, a sleep report should populate in the app in less than an hour.
Contact issues can often be resolved by ensuring the skin is clean, that no hair or particles are impeding the sensors, and that sensors maintain full contact overnight. To ensure consistent contact, tighten the headband so it's snug, but not uncomfortable. You may find angling the back of the headband up or down around the back of your head helps maintain contact and comfort.
