How do I pair a replacement headband with my account?Updated 8 months ago
If you received a replacement Somnee headband, here's how to pair it with your account:
- Go Menu > Device Settings > Unpair this headband
- Make sure your old Somnee headband is not near your phone/device and is not on the charger for at least 3 minutes. (If your old Somnee is within range, your phone/device may re-connect your old Somnee headband instead of the new one.)
- Make sure your new Somnee headband is charged. Then, press the power button on your new Somnee headband to turn it on.
- The Somnee App should automatically pair and connect with your new headband from now on.
