How do I pair a replacement headband with my account?Updated 8 months ago

If you received a replacement Somnee headband, here's how to pair it with your account:

  1. Go Menu > Device Settings > Unpair this headband
  2. Make sure your old Somnee headband is not near your phone/device and is not on the charger for at least 3 minutes. (If your old Somnee is within range, your phone/device may re-connect your old Somnee headband instead of the new one.) 
  3. Make sure your new Somnee headband is charged. Then, press the power button on your new Somnee headband to turn it on. 
  4. The Somnee App should automatically pair and connect with your new headband from now on.
