Caring for the headband:&#xA0;After your session, disconnect the flex clip and place the headband on the charger base. The charger base is a smart charger, so you can safely store your headband there all day and ensure it has a full battery before every session.We also advise hand washing the Somnee headband cover with water every 1-2 weeks, depending on usage. To wash your headband, first remove your EEG sensor. Then use warm water and mild soap&#xA0;to gently clean your headband.Additionally, we suggest using an alcoholic wipe to thoroughly (but gently) clean the EEG sensors to ensure there are no particles or grim that could cause discomfort during sessions. With the sensor in the headband, simply wipe down the portion of the EEG sensor that&apos;s visible and makes contact with your skin. Please do so every 1-2 weeks, or as needed.Caring for the electrodes:&#xA0;After your 15-minute session, remove the flex clip and place it on the mound with the gel side of the electrodes facing down. This will help protect them from drying out or collecting dust and other particles.

- Make sure that between sessions, the electrodes (with the flex clip) is placed on the mound of the charger base with the electrodes facing down to keep them from drying.

Caring for the device:

- Make sure that between sessions, the Somnee is placed on the charger base. It has a smart charger and it is okay to leave it on the charger always when not in use. This will make sure you do not have to remember to charge before using it.

I got a replacement Somnee and need the app to pair with it.

- Go to the Somnee App settings, and tap “Remove This Headband” to unpair with your old Somnee. 
- Make sure your old Somnee is not near your phone and is not on the charger for at least 3 minutes.
- Make sure your new Somnee headband is charged and press the button on your new Somnee headband
- Now when you start your session in the Somnee app it will automatically pair to the new headband
