I am getting a "Somnee was not found" message when trying to start a sessionUpdated 2 months ago

If you are getting the "Somnee was not found" while trying to run a stim session (seen below), there could be two reasons why this is happening:


1) Your headband is in rest mode, please quickly press the button on your headband to wake it up. 

2) Your headband is not sufficiently charged, 

  1. Charge your Somnee for 2 hours prior before you pair your Somnee, place it onto the charging base, a blue LED will turn on and stay on indicating it is charging.
  2. Once fully charged, remove it from the base, the LED will turn yellow and start blinking yellow indicating it is ready to pair
  3. Open the Somnee App, the Somnee headband will automatically connect to your device
  4. To check to see if the headband has paired to your device, please follow this path on your Somnee app: Menu > Device settings
