Some people do not feel any stim sensation. This is normal, and doesn't mean your Somnee isn't working. Somnee's sensation can even change night-to-night for the same user. The sensation can be affected by multiple variables, including:

- How fresh the electrodes are (on the 1st day of use, sensations tend to be milder)
- Your forehead's skin condition (Recently washed, clean skin tends to elicit milder sensations)

However, if you can feel a sensation on your forehead when you gently press the electrodes onto your skin, but no sensation when you let go — it could be your headband is too loose or misaligned. Tighten the headband and make sure it's centered with the bridge of your nose.
