With your membership we provide free replenishment of the electrodes based on usage of the headband.  If you don't use your Somnee often or haven't used your Somnee headband in awhile, this could be why you have not received a shipment of electrodes. 

Should you need more electrodes, you can request them via the Somnee app or send an email to [email protected].
