Electrode shipments are sent out based on usage. So if you haven't used your Somnee in a while or don't use it frequently, this may be why you haven't received a shipment of electrodes.
If you're running low on electrodes, at any time, you can request them by going to the settings tab on the app and using the "Request Electrodes" button there or email us at [email protected].
To request more electrodes using the Somnee app, you can follow this path:
Menu > My Profile > Request electrodes
