My hydrogel electrodes feel dry and it’s only been 1 or 2 days.Updated 9 months ago

If the hydrogel on your electrodes feels dry, we recommend throwing them away and using a new set of electrodes. (Dry electrodes may result in added discomfort during your stim session.)

To prevent this, store your electrodes at room temperature. Heat/light may dry out the gel and cold weather may change the consistency of the sticky pads.

Additionally, make sure to store them properly by disconnecting your flex clip after sessions and placing the electrodes gel-side-down on the charging mound. This will help retain their moisture and protect them from particles.
