If your session was shorter than normal, a few things might have happened.
1. Stimulation may have been interrupted by losing contact with electrodes.
In your next session, make sure your forehead, electrodes, and EEG sensors are clean and lay flat against your skin. Additionally, make sure your headband is snug, but comfortable.
2. Stimulation may have been interrupted by Bluetooth issues.
Make sure you fully close out of the app and relaunch it for your next session. (Or for your top-up session, which will become available 2 hours after you complete your initial session.)
3. You may have the "Night Shift" setting turned on.
Please check your settings -- if "Night Shift" is turned on, toggle it so it's turned off.
You can find this setting by following this path:
Menu > Device Settings > Night Shift
(The Night Shift toggle is for those who work at night and rest/sleep during the day.)
