The Somnee headband can run up to 8 hours on a full charge, it is important that after your initial Somnee session, you place your Somnee headband onto the charger as that is only way to put the headband on sleep mode, if you do not do this, the headband will continue to run as it is assuming that you are wearing the headband.

It typically takes 1-2 hours to fully charge the Somnee headband, when placed onto the charging base, the headband's LED will stay blue, once it is fully charged, the blue LED will turn off.
