My Somnee stopped working after updating the firmware.Updated 8 months ago

Sometimes when updating your Somnee headband's firmware, it may reset your device's settings. Please check the following device settings to ensure they are enabled:

  1. Turn on Bluetooth
  2. Turn off Battery Saver Mode
  3. Turn on Location
  4. Turn on Notifications
  5. When performing a stim session, do not navigate away from the Somnee app or turn off the display. Doing this may disconnect your Somnee headband from the Somnee app. 

*If this doesn't fix the problem, please close the Somnee app and reboot your device. 

Please contact customer service if the problem persists.
