Your nightly stim session directly promotes your brain's sleep signals, so there's nothing you need to do other than sit back and relax for 15 minutes while Somnee works its magic. But, if you'd like, you may also prefer to read, watch TV, or listen to music.
We do recommend sticking to relaxing activities that don't involve much movement. Movement, like stretching or walking around, can cause the electrodes to lose contact and disrupt the stimulation.
