What do the LED lights mean?Updated 3 days ago
LED Color | Indication |
Solid Yellow | When you start or reset Somnee, you'll see a solid yellow light before it begins flashing. |
Flashing Yellow | The Somnee headband is awake and ready to pair with your app. |
Solid Blue | When you place your headband on the charger, a blue light will turn on to indicate it is charging. (If the battery has completely drained, may take a few minutes to see the blue light.) The blue light will turn off once the Somnee headband is fully charged. |
Blinking Blue | If you see a blinking blue LED light, that means the Somnee headband is not properly charging, please check the following: - the headband is properly seated on the charging base, please ensure there is no bunching of fabric near the switch area that is preventing the device from seating correctly on the charging base - ensure that the USB-C connector on the back of the charger is firmly pressed in, if it is loose, please turn it upside down and insert back into the charging base for a better connection - if the band does not properly sit on the base, check the bottom of the Somnee headband to see if the guiding magnets are loose or missing |
Purple | If you see a purple light, that means the Somnee headband has experienced an issue. Please reset by holding the headband button for 10s. This should restart your Somnee. If the problem persists, please contact us at [email protected] |
Red | This indicates that your Bluetooth disconnected OR your stimulation session was aborted. |
