What should I do if my Somnee device does not turn on?Updated 8 months ago

If your Somnee device won't turn on, make sure it's fully charged by placing it on the charger base. You should see a blue LED turn on to indicate it is charging. It takes approximately one and a half hours to fully charge the Somnee headband. The blue LED light will turn off once the device is fully charged.

If the device is charged, but still not turning on, try resetting the headband by holding the button on the headband for 8 seconds. You'll see a solid yellow LED light appear when the reset is successful. When the yellow LED light begins flashing, that means your Somnee is ready to pair with your app.

If these steps fail and there's still no light or sound, it could suggest a charging issue or that the device may need to be replaced. In this case, please contact us at [email protected]
