Why am I not getting electrodes?Updated 8 months ago

Electrodes are sent out based on usage, if you are not actively using your Somnee headband, there may be a chance that it has not triggered an electrode shipment. If your usage has not triggered a shipment, you can request additional electrodes through the app's settings tab or by emailing our support team at [email protected]

Additionally, we can adjust shipments according to your needs — if you have an excess of electrodes, we can pause shipments until you notify us that you are running low. Please give a two-week notice prior to running out to ensure timely delivery.
